Inspire, a Civitas product, is a cloud-based solution for predictive analytics, case management, early alerts, communication, and appointment scheduling. The system is primarily used by employees who advise, teach, or provide student support. Students use the tool to schedule appointments and connect with various employees.

Inspire account holders must maintain current contact details that are visible to students and other employees. Training is available to help faculty learn about other features that Inspire offers.

Faculty should update their profile in Inspire with campus location, office number, email address, and phone number.
